Annelle Fletcher

Durango, Colorado based jewelry artist, Annelle Fletcher, began her jewelry making career as a young girl taking apart her mother’s costume jewelry then remaking it into her own creations. She is self-taught and has perfected her craft over many, many years. Using various materials and jewelry making techniques in her work such as Bead Weaving, Kumihimo, Chainmail, Wire Wrap, etc. Annelle focuses on jewelry that is both lovely and wearable. She began professionally selling her work in 1985 and teaching, using her own designs as class projects in 2007. Annelle’s creations may be found in Caprice’s shop Create Art and Tea here in Durango.
