DREa clements

My name is Drea Michelle Clements.

I have been working with clay for 19 years. I fell in love with the medium early in life and in 2005, I received my BFA in Ceramics from the University of Bowling Green in Ohio. I have continued to keep my hands dirty in clay ever since the early days of my life!!! Using the earth as a medium allows me to stay in tune with the world around me and keeps me grounded as an artist.

My pieces are fired to a cone 6 temperature of 2167 degrees and are all microwave, dishwasher and food safe.

I enjoy incorporating simple yet fun designs, carvings and glaze combinations into everyday, functional clay pots -- it keeps life interesting!!
